Make sure your car is good to go
Anyone knows that a road trip means a lot of wear and tear on your car. One of the best things you can do for your vehicle is to get it looked a before you leave. Make sure it is drivable and has passed all necessary inspections to drive a long distance.
Bring the binoculars
When traveling out to the Pacific Coast, there is one thing you don’t want to forget to pack. That is a set of binoculars. To be able to look outside your car window and see beauty for hours is something you are about to experience. Bring those binoculars, so you can get an up close and personal look!
Bring a variety of clothing
California has a lot of different temps. It can be cold on one side and as you travel, you notice it warms up. Also, depending in what part of California you’re in, it can be very cold in the morning and hot by afternoon. If you’re by the ocean, this could be the case.
Don’t forget the camera
There are very few instances in life where you will wish you had a camera more than traveling to the Pacific Coast. California is breath taking in every way. You may want to make sure you have an amazing camera separate from your phone. This may be the only chance you have to explore such a beautiful state and capture it on camera.
Don’t forget the sun protection
Something you will see, while in California, is sun! This may not be something you’re used to, but Cali is a sunny state. Make sure you bring your sunscreen, hat, and whatever else sun protection you may need, especially if you’re heading to the beach.
Bring the map
If you have never been to California, don’t forget it’s one of the biggest states in the good old USA. You will need to know where you’re going. Out here, Google Maps doesn’t always work, so have a map backup just in case.
