Well I gained. Not surprising since I’ve been “off my game” with Hubs home. He totally throws me off my routine! Silly man!!! Oh well. I am not letting a small gain (1.3 pounds) get me down… in fact I am choosing to let it motivate me even more! I’m going to spend some time working on the yard today (when it cools down a bit that is) and I am making exercise my top priority this next week. First thing I am going to do in the morning. Period. No self debates as to whether or not I want to do it. I’m just going to do it before my brain has a chance to become involved. Silly brain!!!
Goals this week:
Work out every weekday morning, first thing.
More water, less iced coffee!
Stick to the meal plan and eat at regular intervals (slipped up a bit on this)
Get out of the house and away from food at least 3 times in the week. Even if it means doing some window shopping!

Good for you for keeping focused and positive! 1.3 lbs. is nothing, I know you can get rid of that. Wednesday I started the "I'm going to work out every day!" commitment. That lasted just Wednesday. Thanks for the motivation, I'm going to get a workout in (maybe tomorrow?)!

Oh gosh Nikki! I do that ALL. THE. TIME! Totally feel all committed and ready to go and then last 1 day… or worse an hour! We've got this! We will BOTH get in a work out tomorrow! 🙂

Great job! That is nothing- and remember, weight fluctuates anyway! I'm on my own journey to lose weight and my boyfriend totally encourages the large consumption of pizza. This week has been tough!
