1. I am on day 4 of feeling like complete crap. And today is by far the worst as far as symptoms being worse. I wanna curl in a little ball and sleep for a week or until I’m all better.

2. I suck at being sick. I push myself and try to pretend that I don’t feel icky and then pay for it in the end.

3. I’m hungry. Really hungry, but I don’t want to get out of this chair and get something to eat.

4. I want my mommy.

5. Being on immune suppressant makes this whole getting better thing a lot harder. Bring on the vitamin C!

Anybody have any tips for getting better faster?

Oh BTW there is going to be a pretty BIG giveaway here tomorrow. 😀

I'm so sorry you have the crud! 🙁
I'm on Day 14 of it, myself, but feeling better. Primarily because I finally just gave up and was a couch potato for days (I also took NyQuil so I could solidly sleep, several nights in a row).
I'm thinking you might try Zinc, in addition to the vitamin C. It's helped me recover faster, before. Plus, make sure you're drinking lots of water (and herbal teas or hot water as well as hot broth, to keep congestion out of your lungs).
I hope you feel better soon!

I hope you feel better soon. the crud has been going around here lately. My husband had it, my step daughter always has it, now my son has it…..luckily, I've managed to escape it. I don't have any tips for feeling better. My husband and son was told just lots of rest and wait it out, unless of course your temperature spikes, then go see a doctor.

"I want my mommy" made me giggle. And then I kinda felt bad for giggling when you clearly feel like poop.

Hope it doesn't last much longer. 🙁

I'm hoping that you start feeling better soon! But holy moly, it looks like you've had lots of time to crochet and all that good stuff!

Me curou uma receita da minha avó:( um dente de alho triturado e meio copo de água quente)Faça um chá e tampe até esfriar.Beba pequenos goles durante o dia.Vai descongestionar e expectorar ,e é cura na certa.
